"The Tech arrived in the morning for the install. We had removed previous shades and curtains so that access to each window was easy. The Tech came prepared with all the tools he’d need; (1) a light powerful drill; (2) Level; (3) Pencil; (4) Measuring Tape. The install went very well. "We heard about Power Home Remodeling from a company representative, Cedric, who was in the neighborhood for a project on a neighbor's home. He helped us set up an appointment for later in the evening on the same day. In the evening, Tyler returned to quote out the siding, trim, and gutters. The whole process took about 4 hours, but it was very informative and left us with a thorough understanding of Power Home Remodeling as a company as well as the services they provide and materials they use. A few reasons we decided to go with Power Home Remodeling were that many of our neighbors have used them for multiple home projects, there was no deposit required before starting the work, and all the services and materials are covered by a lifetime, transferable (single transfer) warranty. The warranty itself provided us comfort because we knew we would be covered for the full time we are in our current home and we would be able to give the next owners some peace of mind. The time between the quote and when actual work was completed was only a couple of weeks. The work was done over the course of two consecutive days (Friday and Saturday) and the cleanup was great. There were two issues with how some of the downspouts were finished (second level not fully attached to the first level, lower level spout in line with fence). However, part of the service is for a Power Home Remodeling inspector to come to the home and inspect the work as well as address any issues. This meeting occurred within a week of the actual work and all of our concerns were addressed and are scheduled to be fixed. All the employees that we interacted with were polite, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly. As mentioned, we will be using Power Home Remodeling for our future siding project and recommend using them for your future housing needs!

"We had an unfinished space with walkup stairs above our 2-car garage that we wanted to finish. I had a general idea of what I wanted done, and provided. He provided a detailed line item quote, and I was waiting on another quote from someone else (never received). It appeared high at $18,500...but I didn't really have anything to base that on. I am "El Cheapo," and eventually decided to GC it myself. I used my brother-in-law for carpentry (knee walls, box out chimney, floor, window, and door trim), flooring, and a DIY mini-split installation. All of these things I could NOT have done on my own - I needed his expertise. I hired a roofer for the lone skylight install. I bid out the plastering, gyp and painting. I hired the electrician. The space came out great, and I was involved so there's that satisfaction. But I'm sure the schedule dragged out, and I think I ultimately tallied the costs at around $15k on my own. All this is to say is that at the end of the day, his quote turned out to be quite competitive, and had I gone with him I would have saved myself the headaches of finding the subs and potentially could gotten the project done sooner. I did not go with him, but figured the least I could do is give him credit on his punctuality seeing and submitting competitive pricing on the project. Next project that comes up I'll think of using him.
