"I called Marc who returned my call in 30 minutes. He thought it seemed to be a fan issue. Since I had back-up fridge in the basement he was able to order the fan and come 2 days later. Unfortunately I misunderstood one of his questions so it wasn't the fan. He thought we'd need a new fridge but then he literally got inside it and listened. He heard a grinding noise and realized that the gear that moved the vent to allow cold air into the fridge from the freezer wasn't working. He ordered the replacement part, came a few days later (no problem since we were away for Christmas) and installed it in a flash. A wonderful man (and his helper)!"

I easily installed two rubber washers behind the plate on the front door and now the door closes securely. The rear door is ok. I will replace the lock if needed and if I have a problem later this winter with the rear door not closing I can easily add two washers behind the plate so it will close securely, too.

Bill solved my problem quickly and it cost me nothing. I will certainly call him if I have any issues in the future.
