Marks company offered the best qoute out of three contractors for the replacement of the siding . There was no job that was too small for Mark . The crew completed the work in the timely manner. We were satisfied with the job and good communication in the process .

Mark and his Custom Homes crew are excellent. The roofing job (October 2023) was for a 3-story, 3-unit apartment building. The job was to remove the old, damaged, flat membrane roof down to the original wood deck and replace it with a new membrane, fully adhered to new fastened insulation boards. It turned out there were two layers of tar and gravel roofing below the old membrane and insulation boards rather than the expected one layer. And there was a LOT of unexpected loose gravel left behind on those layers by the previous roofers. Removing and disposing of it all was dirty, dusty, and time-consuming, doubling the expected time on the job to almost four days. Disposal was complicated by the absence of parking spaces in front of the building to put a dumpster as well as the small lot size. Markâ s solution was to have frequent debris pick-ups by company trucks. The crew worked from early morning to almost sunset on all but the last day. Despite this extra work time, Mark honored the original contract price. He also accommodated my schedule, delaying the start from a few days after signing the contract to just over a week later. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout. His crew was conscientious, competent, and also accommodating to my frequent presence. And the new roof looks great!
