On top of that, they beat all other bidders on price, some by a considerable margin. The disparity concerned me, but I had prior experience with this company. "The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

Tony identified the really rough areas & cut them out & prepared those areas for new asphalt…and then paved over the entire driveway with new asphalt. The crew did an amazing job! I also had them install a 5 footI apron at the end of my driveway. It is red brick framed with salt & pepper granite blocks. Again, the crew did a fantastic job on the apron. I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally.
