On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."
