Trust excellent work from this team. We had a challenging driveway project. Concrete with lots of underlying rock and a steep slope. Barry got the job done with punctuality and clear communication. Kevin then went above and beyond to put the finishing touches on. What’s more, the team has an understanding of landscaping, masonry, gas lines and electrical. This was an invaluable aspect when dealing with a custom project like ours, where other contractors were required. Thanks team and well done!

Communication was outstanding throughout the process and the crew was polite and efficient. After excavating our damaged sewer pipe and re-covering the new one they installed, the Greenwood & Sons crew replanted a huge holly bush they'd had to dig up, which was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend this company.

They encountered difficultly as we have a street light near the water hook up, but they were able to do the work with diligence.

Dealt directly with the owner, Barry Greenwood who gave me his cell phone number at first contact in case I had further questions.

His workers showed up on schedule and were very courteous and professional.

Greenwood and Sons took care of all permits and contacted the  Water dept and National Grid before digging.

When an unexpected problem arose because of the age of the pipes,(originally installed in 1904) they contacted a Plumber who they had worked with previously and he was able to come the same day to finish the hookup inside the house.

This was huge as I would have had to send my tenant to a hotel if the water could not be turned back on.

The owner called me after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied and the cost was very fair based on the scope of work.

I have already recommended them to a coworker who is having a similar issue and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

After discovering a leak in the water main of our house, we called 2 contractors for an estimate.  Barry from Greenwood & Sons called back right away and scheduled a time to look at the job within the hour.  (The other contractor never returned our calls).  Since we had done work with this company a number of years ago, we knew the quality of the work they provide is very good.  Within a very short time (a week or so), the work was completed.  We were very pleased with the quick response and would highly recommend their services.
