"The job we contracted AN Masonry for was the removal of an existing deck to be replaced with a paver patio. Alex showed up on time for our initial meeting, scoped the job and provided a price on the spot. He followed up that evening with a written quote sent via email and I accepted the proposal. Alex indicated it would be 3 weeks before he could start - but he was able to start in 2. When I asked about a deposit, he said he would require one AFTER the materials were received. He called 1 week in advance before materials arrived, and was at my home when they arrived to make sure they were in the right spot. He said the job would take a week - it took a week. Every time there was a question during the work, he would stop and ask. No only am I really pleased with the quality of his work, the customer service received was exceptional. Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"
