This will probably be deleted like the last review by the owner, Dario, but rest assured it will be reposted consistently until it is seen. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. Here I gave the owner, a rough measurement from Google earth, which he then decided to run with, said measurements, as opposed to doing a secondary measure to ensure measurements were conclusive with what he was charging. The owner, Dario and the company began to remove roofing shingles when going to install shingles gave a phone to us saying the he needs more material because he neglected to make sure the measurements were what they were supposed to be. Now when said he’d charge more we didn’t agree because we signed the contract for X amount it was upon him as an owner and the person doing the work to make sure everything was accurate before signing a contract. He then sent a series of crazy unprofessional threatening messages and then dumped the waste all over the property parking lot. Real mature. Anyhow after that extreme experience it’s sad to say I most certainly would not recommend him or his company ever again! Make sure you deal with a professional who isn’t going to delete ho eat reviews and who measures twice and cuts once.

I was very impressed with SageWood. In every aspect of my dealings with SageWood the owner was involved. He was very through, and communicated well; from the estimate trough the clean up. I had six skylights replaced, my roof removed, and the new roof installed in one day! Before they started I had questions about my skylights, they were very responsive, and got me the information I was looking for. During the whole process they communicated well with me. My property, both outside and inside were left clean. I would recommend SageWood to anyone looking for a good roofing contractor.

We worked with Dario at SageWood for our meeting roof. Could not have been happier. Super friendly, professional and honest. The crew came in and got our roof stripped and re shingles in a timely manner. Did an amazing job cleaning up as well! Would highly recommend them to anyone for any exterior needs to your home A++

Our experience with SageWood Home Exteriors was fantastic. Dario made our experience incredibly easy. He wasted no time heading out to the site to give us an estimate, which was over $5,000 lower than the previous estimate from another company. He quickly got the job set up and off they went. Peeling off an old slate roof is no joke, especially during cold temperatures. They worked extremely hard to get the job done and they got it done fast. Dario took great care of some sentimental family items that were in the attic, making sure they were protected. I hear he even did some vacuuming while he was up there ;). All in all, we absolutely made the right choice with Dario and SageWood Home Exteriors. We would highly recommend and use again in the future.
