He repaired stairs, reset countless ancient nails, planed a door, rebuilt worn thresholds, and even replaced rotted planks with reclaimed barn wood to preserve the home’s character. He showed up when he said he would, he did all of the work he said he would, and he did it in the same timeframe in which he estimated, which I understand also takes skill to know how long something might take. He also communicated accurately when there might be variables, he did carpentry for me as well replacing sheathing and siding on one wall as well as wall insulation after the previous owners of my home let some water damage continue. Onar did sealing, caulking, replacing trim and I am incredibly happy with all the work done. His guys were friendly and professional. Would and likely will hire him again for our next window or painting projects."

"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."

They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
