"Declan called me right back after I left my message. He was very professional, prompt and straight forward. He came to look at the damage and gave me an estimate. Since the plumber was coming in on Friday, we agreed for him to start on the following Monday. He sent me a text on the weekend to remind me he was coming at 7:30am which gave me a heads up to move stuff in the Den/kitchen area. Declan came promptly at 7:30am like he said he would. Prepped the area in our Kitchen/Den by putting up a seal barrier to minimize the spread of dust in the area and fixed the ceiling, blending in the fixed area with the other unaffected areas. He fixed the drywall in the bathroom (which had gotten slightly bigger after the plumber came and ripped some more drywall to go around a 90 degree elbow). Declan also filled in some areas in the wall that previously existed but unrelated to the damage. They were finished within a few hours, taking care not to damage anything and took preventative steps to protect carpeting on our stairs going to the upstairs bathroom. They cleaned up when they were done and gave me some tips on how to minimize damage if we encounter a water leak like we had again. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for good drywall work at a reasonable price.show more

"John came out to my house the day after I requested an estimate. He gave me a reasonable quote and and the timeframe in which he would be able to start the work. His advise and communication allowed me to finish the required demolition right before he started the job. He showed up right on time with his co-worker and did an excellent job. When he ran into an unexpected issue he called me immediately and went above and beyond to solve the problem that could not have been foreseen. I was so happy with the work that I asked him to come back and drywall and plaster the stairway leading up to the bedrooms so that everything looked like new. We had already scheduled new carpet to be installed before he could start the second job. He was true to his word and showed up a couple weeks later and did another excellent job and we couldn't find one speck of dust on the new carpet when they were done.
