His advise and communication allowed me to finish the required demolition right before he started the job. He showed up right on time with his co-worker and did an excellent job. When he ran into an unexpected issue he called me immediately and went above and beyond to solve the problem that could not have been foreseen. I was so happy with the work that I asked him to come back and drywall and plaster the stairway leading up to the bedrooms so that everything looked like new. We had already scheduled new carpet to be installed before he could start the second job. He was true to his word and showed up a couple weeks later and did another excellent job and we couldn't find one speck of dust on the new carpet when they were done. Cut out and replaced the damaged section and then painted the entire ceiling to match the color and texture of the adjacent ceiling. He was very friendly, arrived on time, moved rugs & furniture, sealed off the area and did a thorough clean up when the work was done and moved the rugs & furniture back.
