"We hired Rattigan and Sons to enclose our porch with speciality screening. As part of the project they needed to add footings as well. They did all the pre-work needed for the screening company to create and install the panels. Everything is wonderful. Jody and her crew were great and came in, did the work with no issues. As an aside we also had them come in and do some tree trimming that needed to be done in our yard."

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall.
