"I contacted Mike and his team to help with an issue i had with an electric dryer that was not working well. Another company had come out and told me I would have to replace the whole vent system and open up walls to do so! Turns out that was not the case. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
