The Pro was easy to schedule, called about 30 minutes prior to arrival, was on time - actually a few minutes early and diagnosed the problem via our phone call so he had the part needed when he arrived. Repair took minimal time and he was very organized and cleaned everything up when he had finished. He didn’t leave until he verified the appliance was working and explained what the problem had been. Very personable and professional Pro. I would and will hire this company again for any other appliance issues that may come up. And I recommend him to anyone looking for someone to repair their appliances.

Rick responded very quickly he was able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher and assisted in evaluating replacement of this 25 year old dishwasher versus cost of repair. We also asked him to take a look at a problem we were having with the hood over the range and he was just as helpful as well. We highly recommend this company

Nick is great, squeezed me in the day after I called when I wasn't expecting him for a few more days! Was able to diagnose the issue quickly with my fridge and saved me from having to buy a new one! All for a super reasonable price. Will definitely be my go-to appliance repairman from now on!

Nick was great, a life saver. I needed someone to disconnect a dishwasher and gas range and then return to install new ones. The gas connection was a little tricky, but he figured it out. There was also an unusual situation with the water connection for the dishwasher that he managed as well. Nick is a really nice, knowledgeable, and conscientious guy with a good work ethic. Heâ s attentive and good at communicating. I couldnâ t be happier and recommend him highly.

He was an absolute pleasure to interact with...friendly, super knowledgeable, and willing to tack on a diagnostic of my dryer after he was finished repairing my stove.
