"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. During the project but before the plumbing Project was to start, I encountered a leak in the evening. I called Tom. The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity.
