The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity. Removal of sink, vanity, toilet, bathtub, tiled wall, tiled floor and steam radiator. Pretty much to the bones. New insulation, New bathtub plumbing, new bigger deeper bathtub (my two girls love it). Tiled bathtub walls and installed built in shelf using the tile. Installed new drywall where the wall tile was before. Tiled floor, matching tiled bathtub symmetry. Relocated sink electrical outlets and light/fan switches. New sink plumbing, installed new vanity, counter and sink. Installed new wall mounted, modern steam radiator that doubles as towel warmer. Really pretty Benjamin Moore bunny gray paint throughout. Installed towel racks, hand towel and curtain rod. New floor transitional piece to match tile to hallway hardwood."
