I don't think the exterior had been stained in over 20 years because the prep work took most of the old stain off down to the natural cedar shakes. Al and his team did a fantastic job not just prepping the house which was a big ordeal, but also replacing any cedar shakes and wood trim pieces that had rotted over the years. The attention to detail was greater than I expected and he was very flexible with my requests. Thank you Al!!!"
