"We had Paulo paint and stain the exterior of our house two years ago and he did such a great job at a good price we hired him recently for a complete bathroom remodel, a new floor in another bathroom and putting a skylight in my den. He is an expert with logistics - materials and workers arrived as needed, all on a tight schedule, all expert at what they did and all very amiable. Paulo himself loves his work, enjoys design and selection of materials, and is good at it. He stopped by every day to oversee progress and was done in about ten days. His bid was well below the other bid I received. Many people have since complimented the work. He has a foreman who checks all work and does much of it himself, Daniel Peixoto, who is both an extraordinarily hard worker and is masterful on tile and carpentry projects. I truly believe that Paulo's attitude affects his whole crew, giving them a friendly and considerate approach to their work and a real attention to detail."

"Marco is great - he is exceptionally easy to work with, and there are none of the conflicts that we have had with other contractors in the past. The work of his crew was very high quality, and he was able to meet several tricky design ideas that we created. His crew chief was also good to work with and is highly recommended. Marco's prices are fair, and he stuck to the initial quote except where we added special requests during construction. I have recommended him to several friends and am confident in doing so for others. The only criticism is that some of the specifics were not fully conveyed between Marco and his crew, which sometimes caused rework. if things had been clarified before work began on each step, we could have weighed in with our choices and avoided the miscommunication.? When this happened, Marco and crew took responsibility for the updates."

"I hired John to chalk paint two vanities for my home in Santa Rosa Beach. After seeing the fantastic job he did on that, I asked him to chalk paint an additional vanity, 3 mirrors, and a cabinet. They look wonderful and gave my bathrooms a brand new look! John was professional, returned calls promptly, and worked hard to meet my quick timeline. Since I am out of state, he sent many pictures during the process to keep me up to date. Additionally, he rehung doors, secured moldings, and reinstalled toilets and vanities.
