"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). "We had Paulo paint and stain the exterior of our house two years ago and he did such a great job at a good price we hired him recently for a complete bathroom remodel, a new floor in another bathroom and putting a skylight in my den. He is an expert with logistics - materials and workers arrived as needed, all on a tight schedule, all expert at what they did and all very amiable. Paulo himself loves his work, enjoys design and selection of materials, and is good at it. He stopped by every day to oversee progress and was done in about ten days.
