"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

"Absolutely terrible experience with this company — completely unprofessional, rude, and a total scam. I paid $1,200 for a chimney cleaning and repointing, and the work cracked in less than a week. The job was sloppy, uneven, and poorly done, showing no attention to detail. To make matters worse, one of the workers even quoted us for an additional $5800 job that was illegal, practically impossible, and no plan to pull a permit. When I spoke with the owner, Dave, he cussed me out instead of taking responsibility. His office staff, Larry and Maureen, have ignored my messages for over a week and even tried to excuse his behavior by blaming their “delinquent custodian.” This company clearly has no professionalism, accountability, or integrity."

They ordered a custom cap in a few days and installed in one week, they also performed a full cleaning with discount in the total of the service. "I heat my house with a wood stove and the coldest day in February, I saw my single wall pipe was rusty and sparks flying through these tiny holes. My previous chimney guy did not suggest double wall piping, I did not even know if was available. The owner ( I love supporting family owned businesses) Dan and his Dad showed up within hours. I was so grateful they showed up that day. They did a complete inspection to assure I was safe. They made recommendations on how to keep the stove safe, they ordered a stainless steel vent to prevent air going up the chimney. They put in a temporary steel pipe to get so I could light fires and ordered custom a duravent double wall piping. Ryan, what a great employee, really put me at ease. He showed a couple days later with custom parts He installed the stainless steel vent, and the double wall pipe. Before he left he started a fire so I felt safe. Both visits they rolled down a paper carpet they brought as to leave no trails, they even wore booties. I highly recommend Advanced Chimney. I am so glad to have found a chimney company I can trust. "I've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well.
