Terrible service and support from the beginning. Crane sold multiple faulty appliances, and repeatedly failed to provide adequate service. As an example, our LG gas range had an issue immediately with the regulator. It took weeks for a technician to come provide service, when he did he ordered the wrong replacement part, and we had to wait another few weeks for our stove to be workable. Less than a year later, we had another issue with the stove and Crane was not helpful at all in getting it fixed. These are just examples of poor service and products provided by Crane, there were others. I recommend avoid this company for any appliance needs in Falmouth or on the cape.

. On two occassions delivery dates were canceled and postponed. Their excuse was that a supplier was unable to meet their deadline for delivery to the Crane warehouse. Our arguement was that Crane should allow for such delays and promise client delivery dates further out-- we have to keep our dates firm and would prefer a later delivery date to insure both Crane and we are sure it will happen. Our first purchase of stereo eqquipemt we waited for only to find delivery date was postpoined three times. In anger, on our second effort we canceled our order and had our funds refunded for a freezer and a refriderator and went elsewhere.Becasue Crane has a monopoly in this area for their types of merchandise, we tried them a third time but made them promise the washer and dryer were actually in their own nearby warehouse and could be delivered without a hitch on the promised date. They did. However, we did not receive a confirmation call to set up a delivery time/window and were fortunately at home when the truck appeared. At best we find them lax. However they have been tottaly unprofessional in their handling of these situations and failed to offer either appropriate apologies or any sort of compemsation. We have the feeling we are expected to sit around and wait for them to do whatever pleases them. If there are to be delays, sufficient notice should be given to allow a client to change plans. We are outraged by their rudeness and sorry we don't have another local dealer. We have found however, that a dealer at some distance is more than willing to delivery the three Dacor appliances we wish to buy at over $15,000 and service them. Because we have had success with them in the past, they will get the order.

I like them very much. They were very friendly, punctual, professional and skilled. Their prices were good. Their quality was good. Their sales people were polite. I would recommend them as the place to go for appliances on Cape Cod.

The salesperson was professional and efficient. The sales room was attractive and functional. I purchased the dishwasher, knowing which model I wanted. They had it in stock and at a very competitive price. Delivery, installation and haul-away was available for an extra $175.00. The delivery was exceptionally fast, the next day and the delivery person was also the installer. He was punctual, neat and cordial. However, the dishwasher was not level and was installed at an angle. I called the next day and asked if the installer could fix the problem. Meanwhile, the dishwasher moved each time I closed the door. There was a large distance between the dishwasher and the edge of the cabinet. The installer returned promptly and leveled the dishwasher. He told me Bosch dishwashers move around, however, a screw had pulled out of the cabinet. After leaving, I noticed the dishwasher was not centered and the installation looks sloppy. I do not feel like having the person return since the dishwasher works andthe installer does not appear to care about how the installation looks, as long as it works. You may want to arrange for your own pick up and installation.

Given the age of the machine, I suspected it couldn't be repaired. When I called the office, the lady made it clear that it would cost $129 for the repairman to come out and look at it. If he couldn't fix it, I would get $50 off the purchase of a new machine. The repairman was prompt and polite He showed me the obviously worn out parts inside the machine, and explained that new parts for that model were not available. So far the new machine is working well. Maybe it will last another 20 years.

The entire transactions went very well. A very nice woman assisted us on the telephone to ensure us they sold a couple of washer/dryer models that would fit into our space. Once we arrived she gave us the time and attention to measure and answer our questions. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. Kyle assisted us with the selection of 2 flat screen televisions, advising us of the specials being offered and the differences and comparisons of various selections. Kyle was very knowledgeable and helped us to make the right decision for our needs. Delivery and Installation of Washer and Dryer were done within 3 days. Delivery was on time and done quickly and well. Men who serviced us were professional and courteous. Likewise, delivery of televisions were done within a week and installed onto walls well and with skill and professionalism. Only feedback I would have would be that delivery and installation is not free, like it is at some of the larger appliance suppliers. Installation of TV's was a bit steep.

THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY REALLY DID TRY TO DETERMINE WHETHER I WAS BETTER OFF WITH A NEW STOVE, OR REPAIRING THE OLD ONE. THEY SEEMED VERY SINCERE IN THEIR EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE MY EXPENSE.
