Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. Claude is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He told us to contact him if we ever have any service issues. "He was on-time, but was frustrated that there was no parking due to all the snow.  He was going to cancel, but we were able to find him a spot.  Initially he seemed a little annoyed with the circumstances, but ended up being really nice and helpful.  He had never installed a microwave before, so he was going through the directions along with me, but we got it up.  He patched up a hole we had, then a few shelves.  We ended up getting along really well, and he was kind enough to split his time within two visits, since we didn't have one of the items that we initially thought we would have. 
Overall it was a really good experience.  It was a rocky start, but after we got over the parking situation, he was professional, and really helpful with everything we needed from his end.
