"Jose was on time and finished 3000' of sod with mulch in one day. This included removing previous weed/grass and putting down top soil before the sod installation. The sod he put down was top rate, looks great and never had any brown patches. When all the leaves had fallen this year, Jose came back in removed all of my leave piles for free. "Michael and his associates were professional and intent on maintaining their quality of work in an old environment where the terrain was uneven and not square.  They went out of their way to make sure that their components were balanced and true.  Also, due to weather the project was delayed on a few occasions, but Michael was honest in what could and could not be done given the constraints, and was available for consultation throughout construction.
Now 6 weeks later and the door is a snug it that's well-insulated and the deck hasn't moved or shifted in rain or cold/warm weather fluctuations.
I plan on going back to Michael later in the Spring for some other work.
