"I needed most of the inside of my home painted, with the exception of one bedroom, which I had recently painted myself. I'm not young anymore and also didn't have the time to tackle such a large project. My house is huge and over 100 years old. I had the business card for Finish Master Painting and Refinishing in my wallet for the longest time...I don't even remember where I picked it up. "We ran into an "oh crap" situation during the Holiday.  My husband planned to install an exterior door.  This is something he had done before at our other house.  We encountered numerous unexpected things such as having the vinyl siding screwed into the door frame!  The 2 hour job had become a 4 hour job and to make matters worst my husband was called into work.  I was left home alone with a door partially installed.  I searched Angies' list and made a few calls.  Being a Holiday I wasn't sure if I'd reach a person or not.  Mr. Conway called me back and explained that he was currently on job but would call me later in the day to see if how I was making out.  In the mean time a relative of a friend offered to stop by and complete the job for us. But as promised Mr. Conway called once he was done with his scheduled job.    He offered to stop by and secure the door to at least get us through the night and then he could stop by in the morning.   But as we were talking my friend's brother in-law arrived and began working on the door.  When I explained what was happening Mr. Conway told me to give him a call if we ran into trouble and he would stop by to secure the door for the night. 
His professionalism and concern meant a lot to us.  We are planning on doing some more work this spring and Mr. Conway is the one we'll be calling first!!!!
