Overall, I am very satisfied with the process and the job. I chose polyurthane to finish a basement floor and was especially pleased with the repairs made to major cracks present in the floor before the finish was applied. I was a bit surprised that the owner never followed up after the job was done to see for himself how it turned out, but maybe he only does that if the customer calls about any issues or complaints."

Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"
