"First of all, let me start by saying Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Price was fantastic for the work that as done. Getting ready to put a house on the market and the Choice 1 team cleaned an empty 3 bedroom ranch from top to bottom, including 1 and a half bathrooms, and appliances in and out. The cleaning from top to bottom was impeccable. If you are looking for a great company that does great work, this is it"

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"I hired South Shore Softwash to clean the black streaks off my roof. Not only did they remove the streaks, but it brightened up the entire roof. They were very professional, showed up on time and took great care not to damage any of the plants around the house. My roof looks 10 years younger."
