"I didn’t just get 1 person, I got 3 working on my projects since he came with his 2 brothers which made the project go much faster. I had an idea about what I wanted but he helped design the deck and added beautiful details to make it look better then I had imagined! They worked straight through the heatwave we unfortunately were hit with right on the dates my deck construction was scheduled for, and though I would have understood if they had said they needed to push back the project until the heat wave broke, they just came earlier in the morning each day to be able to still complete the work within the time I had been told! Very impressive. They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted me even though once getting into to project realized that it was going to take a lot more work since the parts of the old deck which they thought could be reused actually needed to be completely redone from scratch… which they said was not my fault so they were not going to change the jobs cost after it had been agreed to, which I thought was very honorable and refreshing. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very attentive to the details I wanted them to match to the original houses look. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
