Which was awesome because I had no heat, and more importantly no hot water!!!!! Kyle a project manager was out that afternoon to take a look at my boiler and help me decide on the perfect replacement for me, which ended up being a Bosch “combo” boiler. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. He even found that my boiler was way too small for my house, which is why my living room never got up to temperature!!! It even looks so cool in my basement, especially compared to that big old metal box that used to be down there, I actually love it! Sent him a picture and he said he could be there in 45 minutes with the part. He was at my condo in 40 minutes. In 10 minutes everything was fixed. Great service. Very professional affordable.
