"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings!
