"What an absolute DREAM! Correct Energy is an incredible company. Knowledge, professional and efficient! I contacted a few insulation companies but the proposed methods were not through. Correct Energy and especially Ray’s knowledge and experience were above and beyond. CE came out to assess and spent a generous amt of time explaining EVERYTHING. CE came when they said they would. The crew was professional and spent a few days here. They left everything immaculate. My place is old, built in the 1940’s so many challenges came up that they handled like absolute pro’s. Their work has and will continue to save so much on energy, the difference of before and after is immediate and drastic. I can’t wait for them to come back and do my basement next! "Vista has come to our house, especially a particular gentleman. Really knowledgeable, very professional. They do several different things. I have had them out to do estimates on gutters. We have not hired them for anything. To give you an idea, when they've come out I was very happy to open the door and see it was the same guy that has come several times to do several things. I interview several people. Not only did he come, and it's a little confusing to me because it has to do with ventilation and insulation, and excuse my language but there is a whole freaking science to this thing, but the owner actually came out. Not only did they keep in communication by computer, the owner actually came out and reinforced the whole education and what needs to be done. I was really thrilled with that. I thought that was beyond the call of duty. I am sorry I was not able to go with them, but I would certainly say as far as customer service relationship, excellent. The information was excellent. Not bothered by the fact that he had to come out more than one time for the same kind of information. I've never had the opportunity to hire them. But I've never been disappointed. They will take the time, they will talk to you, they will educate you, and they will actually give you the best price they can possibly give you. I got educated so that when my  husband came home I could explain to him what is going on. I can't rate their work, but as far as their generosity of time and caring, it's off the charts. I don't know about price because this is a whole new area to me. They were amazing. I have to tell you I have had them out several times as I said, it's Vista Home Improvements so they do several things, but I feel kind of bad that I am yet to hire them. I am trying to think exactly where Vista is out of, but for the owner to com about to your house. We're talking about a wrap around attic. We are talking about getting on your hands and knees and crawling around."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"Feb. snow and rainstorms caused a large ice dam to form on our North side roof, and we had water damage in both the master bathroom and the family room.
Both ceilings had water stains--and both were cathedral ceilngs--high and difficult to reach.  We also had some cracked plaster in the corner of the family room from settling,  as well as one corner in the kitchen. The very top of the ceiling in the master bath had some loosening of the drywall tape and "mud", and since we were at it, I asked them to include this, as well as a cleaning and replacement of light bulbs in the kitchen fan--again, too high for us to get to.  Inspection of the bathroom water stain proved to be not from the ice dam, but a problem with the installation of the bathroom fan and light by the original owners--use of too small a unit and no insulation, causing lots of condensation which leaked down and stained the ceiling.  Both rooms would need repainting of the ceilings and the family room needed a total repaint.  Touch-up of the bathroom wall where some nails had popped and needed recovering would be enough. They matched our 9 year old paint perfectly.
The men arrived punctually each of the three days it required.  They moved and/or covered furnishings and carpeting both in the rooms and in the hallways to protect  them and were very careful to keep dust and dirt to a minimum, and cleaned everything up each night so we could resume normal  living.  They did a great job with everything, and installed a new fan unit of the correct size in the bathroom--cleaned up my kitchen ceiling, and made the fan/light unit look like new. The men were courteous and good at their jobs and did everything we had asked.
Our house looks great again, and we are very satisfied with the company, their estimator Phil; Joe, their supervisor, and his crew.
We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

"I needed insulation for my bathroom, and I have trouble with sheetrock. They removed the sheetrock in a timely manner and kept the mess contained to the bathroom (and did a good job cleaning up after themselves) and they installed a granite countertop for my bathroom. Everything was done correctly, they showed up on time, and were friendly. For the price I payed I would definitely recommend their services and will be a returning customer for future projects. 10/10"
