"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"I had initially intended to hire Dardah landscaping service to replace our concrete driveway which was in bad shape. However after talking with Raphael who came to give me the estimate, I was convinced to use pavers for the driveway to freshen up the look. Raphael and his team did a fantastic job for. We needed to have two covered drainages installed with cover for the driveway which wasnâ t an easy task and had some complications. Raphael figured the way to do it and connected To the down sprouts. I was veryimpressed by his attention to details and his problem solving skills.. He completed the work as promised in a week. I was so pleased with the quality of his work, I ended up to have the asphalt part of the work done by him, even though I had already planned to be done by another contractor. He was late on another job but couldn't be bothered to even call me. I tried to reschedule for later that week but they couldn't for another 4 weeks.
