Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

He and his partner removed 3-inches of water from my basement, took out the faulty sump pump and installed a new one, and updated the outlet to GFCI. They put fans and a humidifier in my basement, gave me instructions to rotate them, and left them with me through the next day. The basement was clear of water when they left, and the new sump pump worked perfectly through the next storm. I appreciated how efficiently the work was done, and the information that Hanh gave me along the way so I could understand the process. Hanh even gave me recommendations for next steps.
