"My son's condo floor received water damage due to a break in an adjacent units water line. The floor area by my son's entrance door became wet and as a result warping set in. Dan, the owner of Boston Premier Flooring, was extremely responsive using his moisture meter demonstrating that the underlayment concrete flooring was very wet. His crew removed the flooring to let the moisture dissipate before installing new hardwood. New flooring was installed a week later. They stained the floor and then applied several coats of polyurethane. It came out beautiful! This is the second time we used Boston Premier and I highly recommend them. Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak.
