"I waited a while because they are backed up due to Covid but they were definitely worth the wait. They were precise, quick and extremely detailed. They put two windows in for me (where windows didn't exist before) and covered up a window. They insulated and everything. No painting but that was cool. I was very impressed. "My first time working with Bob he was clearing ice dams from my roof last winter. This time he was doing more extensive and really varied work and he was just as wonderful to work with. Quickly responsive to email inquiry about his availability, he scheduled the day he'd be here in advance, called on his way here to let me know he was coming each day - I so appreciate that level of communication. He also took the time to walk around my house with me and point out things I should be thinking about and helped me prioritize projects, and to show me the work he'd done.
He works nonstop and so hard -- and does such a beautiful skillful job. He is good at analyzing what the problem might be and investigating it (leaks of various kinds in various places) and his work - whether it's installing chimney cap, rebuilding window frame, rebuilding porch stairs, installing roof heating cable, chimney cap, painting-- is all expertly done, without exception. He cleaned up everything after he worked -- just A+ job all around in every sense. I will definitely have him work here again.
