"He was able to come to my home quickly and repair 2 windows, including the screens that had been destroyed by my dog. It was done in a clean and professional manner. Would recommend as it was worth the price and how quickly it was resolved."

Hi, my name is Brian. I am currently a full time controls and automation technician. "Audio-Video Alternatives did a fantastic job installing and setting up my home theater system and stereo equipment in my newly finished basement. Carlos was amazing and went above and beyond to get the system set up and ensured I understood how it all worked. Carlos knows his stuff, has deep knowledge of all the various types of equipment available and has very competitive pricing. I never felt he was trying to over sell me. Instead, he took the time to understand what my needs and wants were and shared with me all my available options. He was very thorough providing pricing and gave me a very detailed quote (there were no surprise fees or hidden charges). Once I made my decision to move forward, their installation process went so smoothly and was right on schedule. I should note that I had turned to Audio -Video Alternative after having a bad experience at a big box store. My only regret was not going to Audio-Video first. If you’re considering installing a stereo & home theater system, call Audio-Video Alternatives and don’t do what I did waste your time talking to someone else. Every time I want to kick back and listen to some music or watch a movie, I have Carlos to thank for making it all look and sound great, and for making all so easy."

"I hired Promethean Solutions to install a complete audio/visual system in my new tattoo shop. The end result far exceeded my expectations. Sean mounted a TV in the lobby and set the shop up with a great wirelessly controlled audio system. He also networked the shop so it works seamlessly. The work quality is top shelf as well as the professionalism he did it with."

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
I will contact Geek Choice again.

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"We needed help to change over several interior ceiling light fixtures to new pieces we had purchased and we needed bigger and stronger garage ceiling lights. In addition to the work that was needed, we also wanted to request estimates on 3 projects for the Spring - installation of an exterior light post and lamp, running an underground line out to a back garden for an outlet and to fix our kitchens under cabinet lighting. Their electrician arrived promptly at the expected time and was very courteous and professional. He was very well organized and efficient. We discussed the options for the garage lights and he recommended going with 2 x 48" LED panels and we checked Home Depot online, found a good product and I went over and made the purchase. He did the installation in no time and the lighting is fabulous. Overall, great work! We got the estimates a day later and 2 of the 3 look very workable and we will go forward with Markarian for those projects. The price for the undercabinet lighting was about 10 x more than I would have expected so we'll hold off on that. Maybe I can do that one myself. ME is a reliable and very professional group and you won't be disappointed."

"Had TVs mounted to walls in bedroom and living room, as well as setting up home theater systems of DVD player, cable, and complete sound system. Work was exceptional. My tech, David, was great -- besides getting everything done efficiently, cleaned entire work area, then spent quite some time explaining how it all worked and didn't leave until he was sure I was confident doing it. Highly recommend Geek Squad!"
