The second project was a replacement of our deck and screened porch with a larger 4-season sunroom and deck. He communicated with us regularly and he provided excellent advice on all aspects of the project. The members of his crew are professional, courteous, and meticulous. They went out of their way to get me on the schedule asap so more water didnâ t get into my basement. Their team is very hard working and even showed up in the freezing cold to make sure the work was finished before the weather started. They also quickly identified other issues with my house and let me know so I could see to it they were fixed. He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything. "Worked on a project with Dana for two years. First-year did demolition and construction of four bedroom house. With the current supply and labor shortages, the project took longer than projected. Being a smaller contractor Northstar had problems getting and keeping subcontractors consistently. I understood but communication was lacking. The project was completed last summer but a year and a half later Dana has disappeared and drainage issues continue to cause basement leakage. This issue has been brought to his attention many times. Although there have been promises to rectify have not seen Dana at the site since March. I am writing this in September and I am tired of bailing out the basement. He does not answer my phone calls and text messages only get terse responses. I made the mistake of paying him in full with promises of completion of the house and resolution of issues. Similarity this past year I added a garage with Northstar. Again the project was almost completed but since Dana disappeared the final tasks and punch list remains including a leaky roof. Overall quality of work when completed is good and completed at the estimated cost. Dana is easy to work with but I am disappointed that he chose to disappear and stop communicating with me without completing the job. Beware and be sure to get all agreements in writing."

"Pierre construction is Awesome!!! If you’re looking to have someone to do your next project, look no further. I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. As you can see from the attached video of the 2nd floor, the results are fantastic and I’m enjoying my new space immensely."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
