We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! "I hired them to clear my driveway of ice and snow. A Handyman showed up with a truck that had a plow attached to the front. The cost was $200. I am very familiar with this work as I do this myself with my electric snowblowing machine and ice pick. During a bad head cold day I decided to use a service and I called this company. They charged $200 which they wanted in cash. I don?t keep cash so I had to go out to a bank because this was the only way they work. When the driver showed up I paid the driver the $200 in cash. He then used his truck with Snow plow to perform the job. He finished in about 10 minutes leaving huge clumps of ice in the driveway. I felt like I had just been scammed. They are definitely off my list."

"These guys are top notch in terms of quality, responsiveness, and integrity. We had a large and complex project that required installation of an underground drainage system, pavers, stonework, outdoor low voltage lighting and asphalt. Premier Pavers was always extremely responsive by email, phone and text. Their billing was professional and work was done in a timely way. When a couple of items weren't done to my satisfaction they re-did the work promptly and with no questions asked. Frankly, this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Premier took care of dealing with the subcontractors and with the city for the permits (the permitting was no easy task and required many calls to the city). They weren't the cheapest bid for the project but they weren't exorbitant either. I'm really glad I didn't go with the cheapest bid on this project."
