"We hired Bob Phalan to replace the surrounding trim after we had installed new garage doors. He estimated 1½ days. But upon removal of the exist aluminum siding, structural damage including carpenter ant damage and a rusted-cracked lally column were discovered. Bob made required repairs replacing 2x4s, the lally column, plywood, insulation, wall board, and plastering. Then he was able to begin work on the vinyl trim. We showed Bob a photo of the “look” we wanted to achieve and he achieved it perfectly. He was at our home for 3 very long days, the cost of his work was very reasonable."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Berty did a fantastic job!  Very knowledgeable, he advised us as to the best options for our project in our budget  and we are glad we listened to him.   Very professional!  He arrived on time, completed the project on time as promised.  Was understanding when we needed to change the date and was able to work around our schedule. Very neat, the kitchen was left clean, did a good job sealing off the room so other rooms would not be affected  by dust. Pleasant to work with and a reasonable price for the quality of work. We will never go to another plasterer for our future renovation needs. The walls and ceiling look amazing!   We had another contractor come in to look at another project and the first thing he said when he saw Berty's work was "Well you got someone who knew what they were doing!"  My husband said he wishes he were around to see how he did it, the walls and ceiling were so uneven to start and when he was done everything was so even. "Nate has done two projects for us. Early in 2023 he was able to trouble shoot a water leak in our basement that was under the sliding door to a deck. He removed the old patio door and replaced it with a new construction slider, repaired the water damaged area, deck flashing, and made the door and basement water tight. This fall, he replaced our old deck that was in poor shape. Nate gave us a few design options and price quotes. He and his team demolished the old deck and rebuilt the new one with pressure treated wood . They did an outstanding job, even sanding all the surfaces so they are completely smooth and ready to be waterproofed. He was able to jack hammer the cement step for the old stairs which opened up up the yard. We now have the best deck in the neighborhood that should last for 40+ years.
