We are a small family owned business located in central Massachusetts who specializes in making granite split stone tile. We procure our materials, predominantly granite, from local fabricators who would otherwise be hauling the stone to the landfill. We bring the materials to our facility and organize them according to the ultimate use of the reclaimed material. We primary transform the reclaimed granite into split stone tile to be used as a back splash, accent wall, outdoor kitchen or fireplace surround. Some of the remaining pieces of granite are transformed into serving boards, lazy susans, card or tablet holders, granite oil candles and decorative mirrors. Our split stone tile is sold by the square foot in a variety of color blends and starts at $7.00/square foot for our featured color blends: tan/brown (light, dark or mixed), grey (light, dark or mixed) and black and grey. We also offer custom orders where we will make tile from the same granite as your counter top. Installation is available. Call us for a quote! Remodeling your kitchen, bathroom or bar? "Buyer Beware! We have used Rudy Juarez at RM Affordable Landscaping in Waltham for a few years and had been satisfied. This Spring one of his employees mistakenly caused irreparable damage to one of the air conditioning units outside requiring us to purchase a new replacement. Rudy recognized his responsibility and was communicative until we reached out to him to work out an equitable solution for us to get paid back for our out of pocket costs (over $2,000). We offered different options to minimize his financial impact-including having him work off the value of what we paid. Despite our outreach, several times over 6 weeks, Rudy went dark without any response to our various texts and calls. We reached out to him again on my wife's phone which he promptly picked up as he did not recognize the number. We scheduled a day for him to come by and discuss and, while he texted us before he came, he did not get out of his car and left after 5 minutes( leaving within the timeframe he said he would be arriving). We asked him to please come back which was about 3 minutes later and he would not. Rudy continues not to respond to any of our outreach. We think that consumers should be aware of this lack of response/accountability and consider whether to hire his company given the risk of not getting reimbursed for any possible damage done to their property."
