I t entailed moving a bed from the basement up a narrow staircase, moving a pull out sofa up a flight of stairs to loft and moving two very heavy bureaus and two side bed side tables down athe flight fwn stairs . It was a lot more than I asked them to do originally, they did it carefully & cheerfully ! "This Company move us before at Our House but this time was My Mom who needs the services so I call them again at the last second and Erica was so polite and understand the situation perfect so 4 Movers arrive at my Mom's at 8:00 AM and not stop until everything was done at her new House, I believe that we use Five Stars Movers 3 or 4 times and everytime they surprise me with a different crew which always hard working Man. "Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."
