"This is the 2nd clbk to Ralph for the same issue, to clear the clogged pipe that was backing up into the toilet, he came, tried snaking and when that didn't work he had to leave to rent a piece of equipment in order to clean out the waste pipe as he obviously does not have proper eq. when I called to check how it was going as this is a rental property, he said it was all set, then he realized that now the sink lines was backing up, so the clog was not resolved. I asks him to call me before he left & follow up, when I checked on the status he said it was resolved, but he had to leave to pick up his son & left the waste he cleaned out on a piece of plastic under the waste pipe in the bsmt. Asked when he was coming back to clean up, he replied he doesn't know, and was annoyed that I expected him to clean up after he finished the job! I would Never Hire Seaside Plumbing Heating and Cooling out of Fairhaven, unless you want to keep calling him back to fix the same issue and leave a mess!"
