Needs improvement during the after-service period. I had to call 3 times and email and message like 5 times to get the bill, got the bill for the service after 2 weeks of extensive follow up.

Contacted Ross for a quote on Central AC replacement along with Furnance replacement and Tankless Hot Water System. The exiting units were not functioning correctly and upon inspection, we decided to do it all at once since we could get them here and a bundle price would save money. His crew is very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and went over each piece of equipment with us so we knew what was going on. We are glad we did it just before the heatwave hit us. I would recommend Urban for your needs. We have already scheduled them for servicing the units.

Hired them for a new install of a full ducted Heat pump system. The original project was great, one year later the system had an issue on the manufacturer's side, they were very prompt in coming out to correct the issue.

Ross, the owner, was very professional and responsive. We had to replace a shorted circuit board in the furnace, caused by mice in the ac chewing wires. Ross was able to replace the ac just prior to a heat wave. I would highly recommend Urban Heating and Cooling. We won't hesitate to call them again.

The house I purchased was built in the 1950's. The house had the duct work for forced hot air but was heated by oil. Ross installed a natural gas furnace, coordinated for the removal of my oil tank and installed central A/C. The quality of the work was great and so is Ross's professional manner. He and his team were very efficient. I would highly recommend.

I was in contact with them on Tuesday afternoon about a non functioning heater. They were able to replace it Wednesday Morning. They were very professional. They came through big in a pinch. Very competitive pricing, especially considering the time frame. When I talked to Ross on Tuesday afternoon I explained I needed this replaced ASAP. He told me he would see what he can reschedule and call me back in a few minutes. About 15 minutes later he called me back and said he had reshuffled some things and would have a service man there by 10AM Wednesday. Great job. Thank You.

The house we purchased had its original electric baseboard heaters from 1971 and no A/C. Ross installed a natural gas forced hot air furnace and central air conditioning, including ductwork throughout the house. Our heating costs for the winter before this work were over $7K, and for the year after the work were less than $2K! Unlike most contractors, he showed up when he said he was going to did the work in a timely manner. We've been using the system for over a year now and have had no issues. And, his price was about 1/2 of the next best bid! I have already recommended him to someone else.

Competitive pricing and will give you a free quote with flexibility. They helped mitigate an emergency even when they couldn't immediately come out to the house. I'm happy with the water heater replacement and will call them first for other HVAC issues.

Tech was honest and will come back to clean coils which is the conservative fix for now. My unit is older so it may need to be replaced, but trying this for now. I like the fact that he cleaned up after himself with a small vacuum.

My daughters wall hung Combi unit would not provide hot water for domestic or heating. Ross and Kevin made 4 separate visits to install parts (during Corona) supplied by manufacturer to get them heat and hot water. So happy I found these guys. They got my furnace running and three days later installed a whole new system and tank covering all three of my aging units (heat, water,a/c). Having just purchased the home, I knew I'd have to get all three things taken care of. This was a dream come true!!!! Personable, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Highly recommend them.

I am a licensed general contractor who hired these guys to do a furnace and duct replacement job for me in Quincy, MA. Typically, I NEVER use subcontractors that I do not know, but I was in a pinch and Ross appeared reasonable in price and appeared to be professional. Ross did about 3/4 of the project, took all the funds on the job, and REFUSED to finish the remainder of the job due to personal issues. In order to fix his work, it will cost me an additional $2,000.00 due to the poor workmanship that was completed on my job. PLEASE DO NOT use these folks, as you WILL get ripped off.
