Matt was responsive, communicative, flexible, and on schedule throughout the process of coming over to scope out what we needed (minisplits in 5 rooms) and in getting the minisplits installed. In doing the job, his team consulted us every step of the way to make sure the minisplits were going where we wanted in each room, explained what the work entailed and how the minisplits worked. They finished the job in one day and the system has been working perfectly since the installation two weeks ago. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive, and they made the rebate process easy.
