I was in need of repair on a mini split unit that was poorly installed by another company. I called several A/C services. Many would not touch it. Others wanted me to change my entire system. Joe was the only one to take on the job, research and locate the outdated parts and repair and replace what was needed. That was 3 years ago and all units still working well. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Company came within hours and was able to get us enough heat until the furnace could be replaced. Company is great to deal with . Responds quickly to phone messages. He patiently spoke with the home warranty company to support their claims process. He was very friendly and worked extremely hard to install the unit despite the heat and rain. Their staff arrived on schedule and had to bring in an electrician to help install a now circuit in my control box for the AC/Heat Pump Unit by combining some of my existing fuse box connections. In spite of this unexpected challenge, the installation was completed by the end of the day. I have been enjoying this unit in. the finished part of my basement on hot, humid days.
