"Kitchen ceiling was completed first. No mold was found and kitchen ceiling was repaired including swirl patterned ceiling. bathroom ceiling + walls repaired/replaced. A totally unrelated hole in the dry wall was also repaired at no additional cost. Again they had a complete clean up. Done in a timely and efficient manner. The company also requested a 07:30 start. I requested an 08:00 start and they waited an addition 15 mins which was needed. I plan to hire them again."

We are a Third Generation Plastering Company based on Boston's North shore. We are a Professional, Responsible and hard working team. The crew is mostly from Ireland, where we learned our Trade and had knowlege passed down from our Grandfather Michael "The Major" Tolan, to his Son Martin James Tolan who is still operating in Dublin, Ireland. Interesting projects we have done include replicating and repairing timber fluted columns using masonary products so they can withstand New Englands tough climate, in Lynnfield. Replicating the Hull of a boat onto the ceiling of a residence in Marblehead. Rounding walls, repairing old plaster Crown Moldings, replicating a wood molding in plaster in order to provide a non flammable material to decorate a fire mantel in Ipswich Creating an Infinity Dome ceiling replicating the Dome in St.Peters Cathedral, at a residence in Salem. Replicating old historic plaster work in many homes in Ipswich. We have been featured in 2 TV shows, the latest in 2012 on 2 episodes of the show 'Flipping Boston'. "I’m a returning customer. Greg previously redid my basement fireplace. This time he redid my house’s original 1960s slate flagstone entry walkway and brick stairway. The walkway was redone with grey beacon hill flagstone concrete pavers and a boarder of charcoal concrete pavers. He repaired the brick stairway foundation and refinished it with fieldstone veneer fronts, blue granite treads, and blue mist granite pavers on the landing. To my flower beds, he added Stanstead granite cobblestone edging and retaining wall on the side by my driveway. As a nice finishing touch, he spread loam on the soil along the length of edging and walkway where the lawn had been disrupted, to prep it for us to plant grass seed. Last, but not least, he added a granite step to my shed entrance. It looks beautiful! At every step of the process, Greg was prompt, friendly, patient and informative. He’s dedicated to his trade and the job on hand and he’s hard-working. He knows his trade exceptionally well, which is reflected in his work. We are so happy with the quality of his workmanship and highly recommend Greg DeLuca and DeLuca Masonry."

I contacted Charles early Spring 2018. He said he would come in November 2018 to fix the issues. He never showed up to fix anything. I contacted Charles again early 2019 since the granite steps are tilted. His response was "U have my words" but never come to fix. The problems have become worse."
