We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan. "Overall, I am pleased with the outcome. The "deal" I paid for was a very fair price for our two story home. Unfortunately, the two workers that came to clean just threw all the leaves from the gutters (most of them in frozen chunks of ice) all over our driveway and yard. However, when I contacted the owner and sent pictures, he immediately apologized and said he would come himself to clean up. He came the next day, cleaned, raked and swept everything! He sent me pictures and I was very satisfied with his attention to detail. I respect the owner for making the problem right. "
