They are terrible do not hire them

KJMD did a fantastic job. They did quality work but at a very speedy pace. Showed up to my house on time and ready to work. I have a couple of more jobs that I will need done in the future and will definitely hire KJMD again.

Our home had minor to moderate cracking in our due to settling, especially near windows. KJMD responded to my request for an estimate in a few hours. I sent pictures of the examples and they gave a detailed description how they would fix the issue. I was able to schedule on a date that was convenient for me and they showed up on time and did wonderful work. They even matched the paint. I highly recommend KJMD for stucco repairs and appreciate how they treated their out small job.

I was disappointed that they don't take credit cards. I like to get reward points whenever I can. The customer service was great. I only wish they were not affiliated with ANJI. ANJI is terrible and I have had 2 bad experiences with ANJI. NO ANJI for me.

Working with KJMD has been exceptional. When we needed our stucco repaired, we made multiple calls and no one got back to us as quickly as KJMD, and no one made it as much of a priority to get back to us for an inspection like KJMD. They were extremely knowledgeable and pointed out multiple other spots we needed to get looked at and walked me through the process of a more substantial repair of our balcony, which we also had them complete. I couldn't recommend them more and will certainly return to them in the future if I have needs in their area of expertise.

KJMD LLC repaired and painted Stucco for our summer kitchen. Iâ m very particular about the finished product so made them redo a few things. What was noteworthy was that not a single person in their team made a face anytime I pointed something out. They worked relentlessly into the evening to meet and exceed my high expectations. I would hire them for my next project without giving it a second thought.

Crew performed additional work that was not quoted and maintained the estimate they provided. Professional team was onsite, performed the job extremely well and did fantastic work. Would hire them again for our next project. Specific details: Cleaned and filled, repainted stucco cracks around exterior. They found more cracks than I had identified. Terrific painstaking work by the crew sent to complete the work.

No issue, easy to work with

Team came out quickly, and on time. I had a small wall that needed stucco and a cap matching and existing wall, they did this quickly and then end product looked good. Price was fair with no surprises.
