I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

Yes, a dirty air filter can cause a higher electric bill. That’s because clogged filters make it harder for air to flow through your HVAC system, which forces it to work harder and use more energy. Here’s how AC professionals will clean your AC coils:

Unplug the AC unit or turn off the breaker to the unit in your circuit breaker box.
Remove the faceplate.
Spray a vacuum hose attachment or compressed air can to remove debris, dust, dirt, and grime.
Use a soft-bristled fin comb to remove stubborn caked-on debris.
Use the vacuum hose to suck up any extra debris.
Take a coil-safe cleaning solution and spray it onto the coils. Try to choose a no-rinse solution.
Let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes.
Gently wipe away loosened grime and debris with a microfiber cloth.
Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.

You may never need an AC recharge if there are no leaks.
