"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "I received a call from Michael that due to a pending snow storm on Monday, Mike would be available to perform the work on the Saturday before the storm. He arrived right on time and reviewed the work to be done.  Mike was easy to work with and made helpful suggestions. Originally the intent was to install moulding trim around the kitchen door but the space is so tight near the refrigerator I opted to fill the gap and smooth to the same finish as the rest of the wall. He also worked with me to decide the best height for the dryer vent to match the LG specs for the dryer.  Mike worked methodically and finished earlier than expected.
The compounding around the door remained soft for two days and sunk into the frame.  The gap filled was fairly deep.  I called and asked to have it repaired.  Mr. Handyman sent Don who came and added compound and finished the job. Don came earlier than expected so we didn't waste time waiting.  The door frame area is firm and ready to paint one day later.  Mr. Handyman stands behind its work and I would not hesitate to call them again.
