"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!"

"Comfort Solutions is a great company and did a fantastic job. We had our solution installed about two months ago and the system is running great. I think overall the experience was really great working with their team on the design, the price was competitive, and their financing was key in our decision. They installed the unit and the heads over a period of three days. The team was always on time, polite, and knew their stuff. I will admit, we had a small issue the first week or two but comfort solutions were right on it from 10 AM to about 7 PM to resolve the issue. They went through the whole system to make sure it was 100% right. We are very happy with the units and would install them again. One thing to note, I think if I was able to do it again I would have included my basement in the solution as during the colder months having the hyper heats on that the basement reached about 55 degrees some days. I think if we got them in Jan / Feb. I would have had to run the systems together (Oil and hyper) to keep the basement from going that cold for extended periods of time. The original plan and the solution were based around having the hyper heat be supplemental but after the install, both my wife and I were so impressed with how well they kept the house warm. We had huge savings since having the system installed that we will have comfort solutions back out here in the fall to install a unit in the basement so we can have the solution running all year long. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family."

"The job went well, very brief and surprisingly inexpensive. (I understand everyone has to live, so I expected to pay for a livelihood, but I was delighted to have my wallet only lightly crimped.) Bertie Walsh arrived around the agreed time.  I gave him the two grab bars the VA decided I needed in my bathing area, an old retired vet in a wheelchair, like me. I live alone, in a condo, so I needed a handyman to install them.
I'm glad I had a professional person install them because, even if I were fit, I surely would have botched the job. This place was cut up into condos in 1987. It used to be just a red brick factory-- originally constructed around the turn of the 20th century to work with Brockton by making those metal lacing eyelets for boots. They used metal--not plywood--when they cut the factory into apartments like mine (Bertie Walsh later explained to me). If I were doing the job myself I would have been expecting wooden studs behind the tile--which would have been full of exploratory holes when I got done.
So, I pointed to the bathroom, assured myself that Bertie Walsh had all he needed, and went to finish watching the program I had on, wondering what I had to offer Mr. Walsh when he broke for lunch soon. How pleased I was when that time arrived and he said the job was done and that I only owed him $50!
Bertie Walsh explained to me that the grab bars were firm, but that he had to install them in the metal. Should they loosen, over time, do not risk injury, by all means call him.
