"I you think there aren't any more gentlemen in this world, Patrick will prove you wrong. We had two big metal pieces from our roof that act as lightning rods/weather vanes that were rusted. Patrick sandblasted and primed them. They came out great! We had a miscellaneous piece of metal from a barn door that he also did. He was great to work with and very nice! I will hire him again once we have any future metal work. Great service!"

"I saw that Jeff's had an angieslist deal priced at $175 for an exterior home power wash. I contacted them and spoke with a woman on the phone who took down my information and address and said she would call me right back. She called back in 20 minuted with a date and time of service. I also wanted to make sure that the deal covered a house of my size and she verified that it did. Apparently she can go to an online site and check the exterior square footage. They were able to get to my home within the same week. They (2 workers) arrived this morning on time and explained what they were going to do. It took about 45 minutes for them to power wash the entire 2 story home. They only needed an exterior water connection. They first sprayed the home with the chemical solution, which was pet safe. then they re-sprayed the exterior with a rinse. I was then asked to come outside and take a look at the work to ensure it was completed to satisfaction, which it was. The company was great to work with. They were personable, professional, prompt, courteous, and the work was completed to satisfaction in a timely manner. I will definitely be doing business with Jeff's in the future, thanks.

"We purchased a Big Deal for power washing from this company. I wrote David to schedule it and he quickly returned my call. Unfortunately it appeared that he didn't write down the date we agreed on in his calendar, as 2 weeks later I got a voice mail from him asking what deal we had purchased. After clearing up the confusion, he didn't show up on the agreed upon day (he explained this was due to a family situation) and when he did come, he seemed surprised by the size of the house and said he couldn't wash the 3rd floor.
David seems like a nice guy dealing with various demands, but we would not choose to hire AD&D again.

"It went great, Gabe and his team were affordable and willing to work with us on cost. They arrived promptly when they said they would and were very responsive to us. Gabe constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the service. They added missing shingles and did other little things to improve the house without us asking them to do so or quoting it. When the job was complete it was very well done and we were very satisfied. We would recommend Gabe and his team to anyone looking to have their home painted."

"He was very courteous. He sent some men over to clean the lightens off my roof, so when his men came they did partial work and then one of the men came down and they were two of them and said, "Look, we are not going to continue with this roof. Your roof is in bad shape, it doesn't make sense for us so we won't charge you for what is done." And so we called the office and by way they also provided gutter cleaning as part of the service. So my dealings with them were very fair because they treated me fairly. The part of the roof they cleaned was very good to me, but then they stopped and they did about twelve to fifteen percent part of the roof."
